(“Hommati”) and its independent franchisees, agents or representatives may use personal information (“Personal Information”) and this policy applies to all new users, Real Estate Agents and Brokers who register on our Website. Please carefully read this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to our practices, please do not register, subscribe, create an account, or otherwise interact with Hommati at www.Hommati.com (or the mobile versions), and/or any individual, Real Estate Agents, Brokers, Home Buyers, business partner-specific, merchant-specific, city-specific, or other area-specific Website we offer (collectively, the “Website”).

1. Types of Personal Information We Collect

Personal Information is information that can be used to identify, locate, or contact an individual. It also includes other information that may be associated with Personal Information. We collect the following types of Personal Information:
  • Contact Information that allows us to communicate with you, which may include information such as your name, postal addresses, email addresses, social media Website user account names and telephone numbers.
  • Relationship Information that helps us to understand who you are and what types of homes you are interested in. This includes lifestyle information; location information related to your state/province, city, or neighborhood; areas of interest, information collected from social media interactions (such as via Facebook); demographic information (e.g., birth date, age, gender); information about homes you have searched, saved and agents you have interacted with.
  • Homes you may have went to see or you have favorited
  • Financial Account Information as needed to process payments for membership or special promotions, such as your credit or debit card number, expiration date, and card verification number.

 

LOGGING IN WITH A THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNT (e.g., Google)

If you log in with a third-party account (e.g., Google), we may obtain information about you, such as your user ID and/or user name and other information you have permitted those services to share with us and consistent with your privacy settings for that third-party account.

 

AGENTS USING HOMMATI PHOTO DELIVERY VIA GOOGLE PHOTOS

For agents using Hommati Photo Delivery App on behalf of  hommati.com is requesting user for Google oauth and Google Photos api permission so that Hommati is able to upload photos to user's google photos.  Hommati Photo Delivery App will request an access token to your Google Photos for those photos we will  upload and manag by the Hommati Photo Delivery App. No Other access permissions are required. You simply need to sign in with your Google photos gmail account and approve the authorization request to proceed.  Hommati Photo Delivery App is not asking for personal information while accessing google oauth to authorize user to Hommati Photo Delivery App. We require only permissions to manage app uploaded photos in user's google photos.

 

GOOGLE API SERVICES USAGE DISCLOSURE

Google OAuth is a registration and authentication service provided by Google LLC and is connected to the Google network. Hommati's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Serivces User Data Policy including the Limited Use Requirements.

 

2. How Hommati Collects Personal Information

We ask you for Personal Information (including Contact Information, Relationship Information, and Financial Account Information) when you register, subscribe, create an account, or otherwise interact with the Website or contact Hommati.

We collect Transaction Information when you use our Website. For example, we may track homes you search, save or favorite, agents you have requested to contact you or homes that you have visited (collectively “Communities”), or to those related to our social media pages or accounts. We use cookies and related technologies to collect information about your computer and your interaction with the website and our Real Estate Agent, Brokers or partner websites.

If you use a social media platform or your mobile device (or other method of communication) to interact with Hommati or the Website, the application may have a specific Privacy Policy that governs the use of Personal Information related to that application. For example, if you use a Hommati Website and your mobile device’s settings allow it, we may collect Mobile Location Information from your device. Our application may be designed to collect information even if you are not logged into the Hommati application or the Website. If you have questions about the security and privacy settings of your mobile device, please refer to instructions from your mobile service provider or the manufacturer of your device to learn how to adjust your settings.

We may receive additional Personal Information from third parties. We may use this Personal Information to enhance other information we have about you to help us better understand you and to otherwise enhance the Websites or Hommati services.

3. How Hommati Uses Personal Information

Hommati uses Personal Information to:

  • Operate and improve our website

  • Provide your contact information to Real Estate Agents you request to contact you.

  • Provide customer support, including to Real Estate Agents, Brokers and partners

  • Fulfill requests for Hommati services

  • Communicate and provide additional information that may be of interest to you about Hommati and our Real Estate Agents, Brokers and partners, such as Hommati news, special offers, announcements, and marketing materials

  • Send you reminders, technical notices, updates, security alerts and support and administrative messages service bulletins, or marketing

  • Administer surveys, or other promotional activities or events sponsored by us or our partners

  • Manage our everyday business needs such as Website administration, forum management, fulfillment, analytics, fraud prevention, enforcement of our corporate reporting obligations, Terms of Use or to comply with the law, and
 
4. When and Why Hommati Discloses Personal Information

We will not disclose your Personal Information to third parties except to:

  • Affiliated companies (e.g., subsidiaries and other companies owned by or controlled by Hommati) who may only use the Personal Information for the purposes described in Section 3 above.

  • Our service providers that provide services for us. Our service providers are bound by law or contract to protect the Personal Information and are only allowed to use the Personal Information in accordance with the terms of our service agreements with them.

  • Real Estate Agents, Brokers, merchants and partners.

  • Effect a merger, acquisition, or otherwise; to support the sale or transfer of business assets; to enforce our rights or protect our property; to protect the rights, property or safety of others, investigate fraud, respond to a government request; or as needed to support auditing, compliance, and corporate governance functions. We may also disclose Personal Information to defend ourselves in litigation or a regulatory action, and when required or advised to do so by law, such as in response to a subpoena, or similar legal process, including to law enforcement agencies, regulators, and courts in the United States and other countries where we operate. If Hommati is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or prominent notice on our Website of any change in ownership or uses of your Personal Information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your Personal Information.

  • We encourage Hommati Real Estate Agents, Brokers and partners to adopt and post privacy policies. However, the use of your Personal Information by such parties is governed by the privacy policies of such parties and is not subject to our control.

  • We may also disclose information about you that is not personally identifiable. For example, we may provide our Real Estate Agents, Brokers and partners, or other third parties with reports that contain aggregated and statistical data about our users.

  • We may also disclose information about you to our internal franchisees, national vendors and affiliated parties.
 No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Cookies and Related Technologies

When you use our websites, we may collect certain information by automated or electronic means, using technologies such as cookies, pixel tags and web beacons, browser analysis tools, and web server logs. As you use our website, mobile website and applications, your browser and devices communicate with servers operated by us, our business partners and services providers to coordinate and record the interactivity and fill your requests for services and information.

Keeping Personal Information about you current helps ensure that we offer you the best deals available through our merchants and business partners. You can do several things to help keep Personal Information about you current. You can access, update and delete your Contact Information, Financial Account Information, and the other information you provided to use in your profile by logging into your account and accessing the “My Account” section of the Website or sending us an email at info@hommati.com.

If you want to close your account or have other questions or requests, please contact us. While we are ready to assist you in managing your subscriptions, closing your account, and removing your active profile, we cannot always delete records of past interactions and transactions. For example, we are required to retain records relating to previous purchases on the Websites for financial reporting and compliance reasons.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services and to maintain a record of your transactions for financial reporting purposes. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Hommati, Inc. is headquartered in the United States of America. Personal Information may be accessed by us or transferred to us in the United States or to our affiliates, business partners, Real Estate Agents, Brokers, or service providers elsewhere in the world. We will protect the privacy and security of Personal Information according to our Privacy Policy, regardless of where it is processed or stored.

8. Privacy Practices of Third Parties

This Privacy Policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information by Hommati through your interaction with the Website. Other Websites that may be accessible through links from our Websites may have their own Privacy Policys and personal information collection, use, and disclosure practices. Our merchants and business partners may have their own Privacy Policys, too. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the Privacy Policys provided by these other parties prior to providing them with information or taking advantage of an offer or promotion
